With “My Third Space”, I would like to help people get strong for their older self. I have watched my mother go from the healthiest woman to having multiple falls a day due to lack of strength from Parkinson’s and all her doctors just tell me one thing – she needs to exercise.

It’s not how many years we live, its how well we live, the years we have. Lets look our best, feel our best and age gracefully #atmythirdspace

My Third Space is unique from both those spaces. A space where you can pause, catch a breath, reflect on what’s important, and focus on developing your body and mind.
